Who Am I?

I'm Justin Boyer. I've been a whisky drinker for many years, but I attended a whisky tasting in 2019, and my eyes were forever opened to the joy of Single Malt Scotch. Since then, I've dived head-first into the world of whisky, learning all I can and trying all kinds of rare and exotic whiskies.

I want to ensure you're getting the best information from me, so I've worked hard and obtained the Master of Scotch designation from The Council of Whiskey Masters, of which I am now a member, in April 2023. I also hold a Diploma in Single Malt Whisky and a Certificate in American Single Malt from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy. I'm also a Level One Whisk(e)y Sommelier, bestowed by the Whiskey Marketing School, and an Executive Bourbon Steward, awarded by the Stave and Thief Society. In other words, I've put in the work so you can have confidence that I'm an experienced guide for your whisky journey.

However, whisky is a journey, not a destination, and I will never stop learning. I'll continue to dig and discover new things to share with you. And that's what whisky is all about in the end, sharing.
